Free returns within 30 days, for any reason. Change of mind counts. We pay the return shipping and we never charge a restocking fee.
Any unused item in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Opened personal items (socks that have been worn, ear tips, foot care tools) can be returned only if unused, for everyone's hygiene. We also accept exchanges: tell us what you would rather have - a different size, a different tier - and we ship it as soon as the return is scanned.
Email us with your order number and which items you are sending back. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Attach it to the original box and drop it off - or hand it to your usual mail carrier.
Once your return reaches the warehouse we inspect it and refund within 5 business days to the original payment method, for the full price of the returned items. We never deduct the cost of the label. Your bank may take a further 3-5 business days to post the credit.
If something arrives faulty or we picked the wrong item, email a photo within 30 days. We ship the correct item immediately and you do not need to return the original unless we ask.
