Free Standard shipping on US orders over $49. Below that, Standard delivery is a flat $6.95. Express delivery is a flat $14.95 on any order. There are no handling fees or surcharges on top, and you see the full total before you pay.
Standard arrives in 7 to 12 business days from the day you order. It is free on orders over $49 and $6.95 below that.
Express arrives in 2 to 4 business days from the day you order, for a flat $14.95. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to Express.
Business days are Monday through Friday. At checkout we show both options with the actual calendar dates your order is expected to arrive, so you never have to count.
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is scanned. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or the parcel has not arrived by the last promised date, email us with your order number and we will either re-ship or refund in full - your choice.
Photograph the box and the contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately and arrange collection of the damaged item at our cost.
